This was taken at Rother Valley it was really quiet and cold,but the light was really soft. The sun seems to reflect twice over the water.

You do not get the hint do you. Why put a single shot into the photoblog section. A photoblog should be a series of photos telling a story with narrative telling a story of your trip or photo shoot.
Surely, looking at the other comments you have received, you would have got the hint by now.
