Macro on a Budget
Submitted by caledonia84 on Thu, 21/06/2012 - 20:57
Hi there!
Very new here and to photography, started about a year ago with my fuji s100fs and bought a Raynox DCR 150 this week and Im very pleased with it. So this is my effort at Macro on a budget total cost (lens + camera) was £190

Sundew coil, amazing plant, great subject for macro photography

Oooops poor fly got himself in serious trouble, see how the Sundew works here

Looks to me like tiny flowers within the flower

Was quite pleased I managed to get this one the bee would NOT stay still

Took all these in Glasgows Botanic Gardens, what a place, wash pushed for time so was a bit rushed, will definately be heading back could spend hours in there

Great macros, looks like you're having fun with the camera and the lens. I've been thinking of getting that lens myself, after seeing your shots I may well go for it soon.
