A difficult bird to capture on camera Derek I managed on my slr film camera years ago in Bath. A superb close up of the RSPB mascot. Very well done and best of luck.

Not very often I make comment on photos because  there is some really good photos out there and I am not professional to judge.however on this  one I would like to say Brilliant! my favorite bird, I dont know Fuji judges these pictues I would suggest putting this in the running BOL

Fantastic picture, I have been trying to get a photo of this bird for months but all I have seen is a blue flash flying away up the river before I can get the camera to focus.

Lovely pic Derek. Must have been difficult to get before it flew off. Great focus and colour. If I had been lucky enough to see this my pic would be totally out of focus as I would be shaking with excitement.
