Great shot and very fitting, well done, TVBOL regards Ann
Also I would like to say that I am NO longer going to give Stars on a comment, it seems to cause too much animosity among members, SORRY, Fuji don't take any notice anyway, they choose their own. I have been a member on this site since it first began, but now its just not the same anymore.

Good picture.
re comment above, I don't think it was in the photographers hands as to what colour these ancient rocks are?
stone coloured they are, which is perfectly acceptable for stones. what colour would you have preferred?

Great shots. So many varieties of yellow and brown!
With a bit of blue sky it would be perfect but perhaps this is not within the dynamics-range of digitals today

Thanks fotost, On that late afternoon, there was only a darkish and damp gray sky. I promise to get a blue sky soon! Kind regards, Jan.

To be fair to Joker, I remember Petra being a bit redder than this, but grey skies may be what you get! This one might benefit from a good play in Paintshop, to get it as you remember it - or maybe as you would have liked to remember it! I've put a sample in the other thread for comparison of colours.
