I was standing on a platform which hangs over the cliff to take this shot. I didn't hang around for long, just enough to take a few photo's.

Your photo is stunning Wendy, it looks so beautiful there. I wondered how you managed to get such a great photo, I hate being near edges so it would not do for me.
I have seen photos of this beautiful place many times, but have never been there. and I understand you can only get there by boat.

Very nice shot I have stood on the same platform but was shaking too much to keep the camara steady its a scary place to stand if you don't like hights LOL

You must be extremely please with the comments you have received. Please don't take offence if I say it's a picture of two halves. My eye gets stuck in the bottom half, where the highlights are, and is hindered from flowing naturally to the top half by the isthmus. That's a shame, because your photo offers a lot to be enjoyed. Well done!!!

I went there this year (shipwreck beach) it looks wonderful and I saw people on the platform you were on . But the beach was full of rocks the size of your fist , not very nice to walk on lol BOL

I think it is magnificent, how I wish I was there, I think you you must be very brave, to stand on a ledge. The colours are so vivid. looking at that, while it is windy, raining, and cold here. I wish I could be transported to that place.
