- So it might be warmer now, but it wasn't long ago that it was Baltic, as this #Fujifilm #S9600 owner's blog proves! http://t.co/sNVjkZe48E
- Sending one of these (mic, not camera) to @geekanoids to have a play with and let us know what they think http://t.co/oMdKC1XbZX
- Not quite sure how this #Fujifilm #HS10 managed to stop this fast-moving subject in its tracks - that's some skill! http://t.co/I2Vz8rGj80

I'm new to this site and what I've seen so far is a lot of fun.
This is a photograph from Hawks Tor on Dartmoor with partial new moon over the lights of Plymouth.
All the group are exploring the tor during the long exposure which is the ghosting and my resident Pixie was pleased to rest and pose for this shot!

Great image, Martin! It took me a while to focus on your pixie, but they are notoriously hard to capture on a photo. Well done!

An interesting effect created by the long exposure. Very surreal.

In fact, it is a very interesting and intriguing image. Interesting approach gives a unique effect. I like the idea of using long exposure here.
I wonder, how would it look if you haven't use the direct flash or no flash at all.
You smile - I smile back! :

It has come out rather well, not using the tripod has a nice effect.
Have you tried neutral density filter or ND filters ?
