Well spotted Mike. Love the patterns on the fur contrasting against the pebbles. Unusual to see them like this. Like your title.
Good luck.

You can never have too many meercats. I like the rounded shapes within a rounded shape. Best of luck, Jacquie.

Lovely photo Mike. These guys really look great camouflaged against the pebbles. I think you've cropped the shot briliantly. No doubt knocked out by the English weather. Well ballanced shot. BOL Basil.

A lovely shot of these Meercats, but unusual, as they always appear to be active and upright like sentinels, they do blend in with the background, Well done ! Mike and Good luck

Must have been too hot for them not to post a look out. A great shot and a bit different from the standing meercats you usually see. Nice shot Mike

Nice one Mike. How can one not like a Meerkat?
Still don't know whether the pebble backgound (which almost diguises them) helps the shot, or whether a less complex backgound would have made their 'ball' more impactful.
Anway, nice capture whatever.
Well done and best of luck in comp.
