the J.B Almeida comment is spanish. It means(roughly)

"an interesting image,a different(or novel) way of looking at the subject(or) topic of health (or medicine or drugs) . Good luck."

the one above looks like czech, no idea what it means, apart fae the "tablets=drugs".ma czech is limited tae "pivo proseem" and "pole dancing is in its infancy in the UK!"
