You wanted an opinion OK.
Firstly get rid of the signiature, no one ever won a photo comp with a logo on their shot.
Composition, rule of thirds! it usually works, a bit less sky would balance the shot better. Again rule of thirds regards position of the boat, doesnt work so well bang in the middle.
The horizon needs straightening 1degree anticlockwise.
Apart from that it is a pleasant scene.

@Griffin: I had made that signature long back and then lost the original....so i can't get rid of it for this shot....didn't wanna be proud in any way if it comes out that way...and for the other part thank you for the feedback....really appreciated

asdiddan ... you can always clone it out - picassa has a very useful retouch tool that would do the job - and its free to download.
