Wow! Very good, Vivien! I like the idea, the scene, and there is no colour needed at all. You filtered the upper part of the picture with a low pass filter. I think that this effect is very hard to use, but here it is wonderful: the eye is caught by the children. Little criticism: the transition between unfiltered and filtered zone looks a little bit strange, a sort of halo.

This is a fantastic shot, the black and white definately make a difference and blurring the background really makes it come alive.
