- Not quite sure how this #Fujifilm #HS10 managed to stop this fast-moving subject in its tracks - that's some skill! http://t.co/I2Vz8rGj80

A great idea Alison for this month, an urban pigeon in silhouette makes a nice shot and the sepia finish works well. I have a blackbird in my gallery which I nearly entered but could not decide? Good luck this month.

A great take on this months subject Alison. The pigeon, which is very much a part of today's urban scenery, works well in silhouette. Hope you and Geoff are well.

What a lovely idea for a shot Alison.....who would think that a feral pigeon could look romantic?!
I like the framing of the subject which gives a hint of the urban environment it survives in and also the surrounding nature. Well done.
Glad you are recovering well and also that you and Viv had a good time in York. Like you I'm also looking forward to a holiday, but not until September. Can't wait to get away from all this rain! xx
