Fresh off the camera this evening. We decided to go for a stroll up to town rather than to the river and we were there by chance, just as the sun was shining down the street.

It was perhaps by chance that the sun was shining down the street, but it was no chance how this photo was realized, it is just a perfect work. I like all, the scene, the composition, the lightning…

Tilman, it was a real struggle. There was a stream of cars between me and the street. If I waited for the traffic lights, then people crossed the road in front of me. And I was getting lens flare if I pointed towards the sun to much. I was really very lucky with all the timings to get this composition.
