I was astonished about the canal in your photo… and after some reading, I am even more amazed: Birmingham has more miles of canal than Venice! I like your picture: a very interesting urban view, very well photographed.

I work in Brum and know where this place is. The colours are subtle but the central white buliding shocks the eye in. Clever trick! Sky colour provides good back drop! Glad you like the Chicago picture, I am rather pleased with it!
