Excellent shot.   Everything in just the right place.  Lots of action.   Beautifully balanced.  Also very pleasing artistically.  Nice touch of blue.   Perfect.   Bet you were chuffed with this!

Many thanks everyone for the positive comments.I took my camera to the gig with this competition in mind as I thought of the title before I took the shot & thought a live concert would match it. So I'm really chuffed that I got this shot as it made it all worth while lugging all my camera stuff to the gig (which I had to smuggle in, as 'pro' cameras were not allowed!) I probably took about 400 shots of which there are about 10 magical ones ( I'll post them later). 400 might seem like a lot but with the flashing lights I couldn't just rely on my photographic skill but also quite a bit of luck with a bit of alcohol thrown in as well! Fantastic - gotta be the front runner to date, and is going to be hard to beat, in my humble opinion.

Brilliant shot which I am sure the band would fancy for some of their own advertising needs .

Best of luck and as it is clearly not set up but a real action shot I think it should stand a chance.
