Our idea may have been the same, but I think yours is a bit more artisitic [and you used more expensive tea bags than I did]. Good Luck.

At first I thought this was cheap black and white, but on closer inspection, you have been economical with the colour saturation!

As George said, I like the colour saturation here. Suits the theme of thrifty well. A simple but effective image. Happy New Year and BOL!

Nice idea David. I get the feeling we shall be seeing quite a few of these this month. (We might even see a contraceptive on a washing line too).
I personally don't bother with the drying process, I just make two cups from one tea bag!

The longer you keep 'em the more you need!
I believe some character from past media used to do this, but I cannot remember who - does anyone recall?
Good idea David, best regards for 2010 - put a packet of tea bags on your Christmas list for next year, Neil

Great idea David,
Is that taken after you got 4 cups from each bag I wonder.

Terrific shot! The lean composition and monchrome contrast work really well here, and it's a superb take on the theme.

I think this is by far the best of the pegged teabag shots. The composition works nicely with this one. Still glad I'm a coffee drinker...........

Good fun shot David. Nice angle and lighting. Like the detail and textures. Now this reminds me of an old lady I knew who reused her teabags.

Nice shot David and shows the thrift in drying and reusing tea bags, by the time this competition is over we should all be better informed and perhaps be better off?
