contasting colours. You lot don't make it easy, I was hoping for one or two good shots amid a mass of dross but they're all worthy of a mention, from Pixel's clean cut crockery to Belinda's muted leaves. Christine's cotton grass reminds me of a Monet painting and Andy's poppy is a splash of colour against the buttercups. But I have to choose so...1st        Mikeshep. This hit me the moment I saw it.Joint 2nd     Jonathan & Paul. Couldn't separate these two.

When I was setting this, I worried that you would have trouble finding something on theme but you have turned up trumps. What a super variety you have produced.1st Carl - the ultimate end for all of us. What an interesting gravestone with perfect lighting bringing out the engraved text. Nice photo.2nd Marion - a lovely colourful scene on the junior race track. You've caught the little boy's expression well.3rd Mike - that boat has certainly reached the end of its day. Nice angle to the shot.
