Sorry for all the messin about this week don'tknow what was going on but thank you for all sticking with it.Without further ado1st.......Lloydy, the Asda/Tardis shot just seems to fit for some reason, a good job done on blending and making it feel like just the one image, as if it were the original image.2nd......Chris and alsp Asda, with the celeb and bodyguards, know it takes time to extract figures and think you did a great job and i wouldn't put it past some air headed bimbo to do this kind of stunt in the middle of Asda, maybe as a career boost?

This week sees  the fiftieth anniversary of the Rolling Stones first appearance. Love 'em or loathe 'em there's no doubt they had a tremendous impact both on popular music and culture and, without wishing to sound like 'Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells', I doubt many of today's groups will even be remembered, let alone still be around, in 50 years time.

Hi AllThanks to all that joined in with last weeks first lighting challenge I hope you enjoyed it and maybe leant how easy it can be. The idea behind these challenges are to show that using lights to light your subject doesn't have to be expensive and complicated. It can, as was proved last week, be very cheap and easy. Feel free to join in and offer any advice or thoughts on the photos posted. There is NO WINNER only the satisfaction of maybe learning something new or succeeding in the challenge. HAVE FUN.

Thanks to all the entrants this week, you certainly haven't made it an easy job for me. The standard was exceptionally high yet again, and I've deliberated long and hard before coming up with the following results :-1st........ Andrew and his cheese grater. I loved this as soon as I saw it, and viewed large the detail and texture were superb. I also liked the fact that it wasn't easily recognisable at first glance, although it was obvious once you knew what it was.

The IHCMAN is open to all and is for the purpose of learning about software and the possibilities that it can bring to your photography, whether that be some post processing to bring out the detail of what your camera has caught, to create a frame or something more artistic.

Hi Marion, Gwalion, Chris, LeeBee & Brian,(in order of your entries).First of all, there wasn't the quantity, but there was the quality, a big thank you to Guys for having a go at the challenge, which i know was more time consuming than usual. I love every single one of them and think you all represented your chosen subject to the max. This is really a very hard decision to make as they are all top class entries with lots of work put in too.
