Can I get any lenses to attach to my s3280 and where?

I have had my finepix s3280 for a few months and I love it. I am really itching to experiment with lenses though. I know there are adapters for filters, but are there adapters for me to buy an actual lens and attach it?

There are things like this you can attach to your camera

I do not say it makes sense or will deliver good quality images but you asked Smile

You cannot attach a real 'lens' if you think of something like a Canon or Nikon type DSLR lens but isn't the actual build in lens of the S3280 powerful enough?

I'm glad Uwe added the bit about good quality as I would guess that these additions are very cheap glass or even plastic and will reduce the quality of your images. I don't know your camera but if you have a thread on the front of the lens then you could try Tele converters or macro clip on lenses. Have a look on this site http://raynox.co.jp/english/digital/egdigital.html - their lenses are good. But I tend to agree with Uwe that the camera has a good zoom and great capabilities so exploe all that it will do.

What were you planning to use any lens attatchments for? The s3280 is enough to explore in itself but if you are past that point then go with with angie's suggestion. Have fun with the camera.

Thanks so much guys! I am experimenting with the camera more and becoming more comfortable with it's adjustments. There is a lot to do on it and it is really powerful what what I need it for. Thank you so much for the suggestions since I don't know anybody that has this camera this forum has been exteremely helpful! I have attached a few photos that I have taken with this camera.

Your shots would Benefit from a Smaller Watermark, some of the really good ones have been Spoiled, which is a Shame, because you have got a really good "Eye" for a shot..

Glad to know that it worked out. I remember this topic from a few months ago.
