It's now sunny and very hot

27°C (80°F) was the typical overnight temp in July for us this summer! We saw quite a few days over 100°F (38°C) this summer. It was a hot one! Today is a cool one only going to hit 80°F but with 90% humidity, not much sun today. This time of year we usually get to the mid to upper 80°'s F. Yesterday was gorgeous here, very hot but gorgeous with azure blue skies and late thunderstorms.

Overcast, 70% humidity and 22c in Plymouth. At least we got rid off drizzle from this morning. As I type a patch of blue sky appeared.

Ooooh...the sun came out...oh good...getting steamy out there now! There were showers all night so everything will get steamy with the sun out. Might turn out to be an ok day after all. I'm sure there will be wicked thunderstorms later.

I took this about 20 minutes ago just as the sun came and kissed the dewy hibiscus in my bakcyard. The air seems so fresh even with the humidity today:
