What a beautiful capture Marion, of these magnificent horses.

Brings back wonderful memories of when I was a child and stayed with an aunt and uncle, he worked with these horses on a farm where they were tenants.

A big like from me.

Beautiful image...caught my eye right away as soon as I saw it....So reminiscent of your brilliant Oob of the dray horses.

When I was a youngster in the late 50's we lived on a "Farm Estate" which still had Clydesdales working the plough....they used to scare the Sh*t out of me when those massive plated feet were clattering on the cobbles and I could probably have walked under their bellies without stooping if I had ever plucked up the courage...they must have been about the size of a two storey house ...well that's what it seemed like to me at the time ! Laughing out loud

They better keep breeding them...we might need them when the oil runs out !

Superb composition Marion, love the ploughman figured between those gentle giants.

I have come home many a time sitting sleepily on the back of a cart horse.

What a lovely couple.  Great capture with the ploughman intense in his work pictured between the two horses.

A super picture Marion, but...have you cropped it too tightly, what I mean is, if you were to frame it the horses would be touching the frame, you need a little more space around the horses, but it's still a very nice photo.

Hi

As other have said - this is a truly wonderful picture and to my thoughts a goal for those wanting to better the camera skills.  Everything is in the picture including the 'framming', wonderfully captured well done indeed.

What can I add Marion, it has all been said. I loved these beautiful horses on your B|W photo, but in colour they really do shine. They are georgeous. Lovely to see them pulling the plough, nice to see they still do this type of farming.  A great big like from me, I love em.  Well done.  Pam.
