It wasnt untill I retired in 2005 that i took up photography after watching a program by Charlie Waite a well known landscape photographer. Living in Northumberland there is plenty of opportunity for landscapes and seascapes but I do spend the summer on the Isle of Lewis and regularly visit Harris another beautifull Island with wonderfull beaches and small bays and the skies are far superior than we have at home on the mainland.Its a beautifull world out there so we should make the best of it.
